Tourism evolution at the societal level has changed- consumers awarness about sustainable tourism and they consider these values very important. Tourism industry is an increasing source of income, employment and wealth in many countries. Itsrapid expansion has, however, had detrimental environmental and socio-cultural impacts in many tourims regions.Responsible tourism has become development target both globally and locally. The ecological sustainability of sustainable development has been well identified and taken into account in the tourism sector, but socio-cultural sustainability has received less attention. In socio-cultural perspective you can ask what local communities can contribute to sustainable tourism, and what sustainability can offer these local communities in return? Socio-culturally sustainable tourism includes among others: accessibility including among others physical accessibility, races, colours, sexual identities, equality; cultural pride and undestanding between different cultures for example habits, gastronomy, protection of natural and cultural heritage. Working life has a need for staff able to carry out all the services according to socio-culturally sustainable way and vocational colleges must be able to educate and train competent staff for the companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\">\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Vocational colleges need to have a frame for study unit with learning materials how to teach and train socio-culturally <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">sustainable tourism and companies from tourism industary need information and tools for carrying out tourism and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">travelling services in socio-culturally sustainable way. <\/span><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">The demand for the project has risen from working life and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">participating colleges.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\">&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sosiokulttuurinen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma (USiTaT) on kumppanuushanke matkailualan, luonnon- ja ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6nsuojelun sek\u00e4 hotelli- ja ravintolapalvelujen alalla. Matkailun kehittyminen yhteiskunnallisella tasolla on muuttanut kuluttajien tietoisuutta kest\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 matkailusta, ja he pit\u00e4v\u00e4t n\u00e4it\u00e4 arvoja eritt\u00e4in t\u00e4rkein\u00e4. Matkailuala on monissa maissa kasvava tulonl\u00e4hde, ty\u00f6llist\u00e4j\u00e4 ja vaurauden l\u00e4hde. Sen nopealla laajentumisella on kuitenkin ollut haitallisia ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6- ja sosiokulttuurisia vaikutuksia monilla matkailualueilla. Vastuullisesta matkailusta on tullut kehityskohde sek\u00e4 maailmanlaajuisesti ett\u00e4 paikallisesti. Kest\u00e4v\u00e4n kehityksen ekologinen kest\u00e4vyys on tunnistettu ja otettu huomioon matkailualalla hyvin, mutta sosiokulttuurinen kest\u00e4vyys on j\u00e4\u00e4nyt v\u00e4hemm\u00e4lle huomiolle. Sosiokulttuurisesta n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta voidaan kysy\u00e4, mit\u00e4 paikallisyhteis\u00f6t voivat edist\u00e4\u00e4 kest\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 matkailua ja mit\u00e4 kest\u00e4v\u00e4 kehitys voi tarjota paikallisyhteis\u00f6ille vastineeksi. Sosiokulttuurisesti kest\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n matkailuun sis\u00e4ltyy muun muassa seuraavia asioita: esteett\u00f6myys, mukaan lukien fyysinen esteett\u00f6myys, rodut, ihonv\u00e4rit, seksuaalinen identiteetti, tasa-arvo; kulttuurinen ylpeys ja ymm\u00e4rrys eri kulttuurien v\u00e4lill\u00e4, esimerkiksi tavat, ruokakulttuuri, luonnon- ja kulttuuriperinn\u00f6n suojelu. Kest\u00e4v\u00e4 matkailu ja matkailualan yritykset tarvitsevat tietoa ja v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 matkailun ja matkailupalvelujen toteuttamiseksi sosiokulttuurisesti kest\u00e4v\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavalla.<\/p>\n<p>Ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4st\u00e4 ja osallistuvista oppilaitoksista on noussut kysynt\u00e4\u00e4 hankkeelle.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Het sociaal-culturele invalshoek (USiTaT) is een samenwerkingsproject op het gebied van toerisme, natuur- en milieubescherming en hotel- en restaurantdiensten. Door de ontwikkeling van het toerisme op maatschappelijk niveau zijn consumenten zich meer bewust geworden van duurzaam toerisme en vinden ze deze waarden erg belangrijk. De toeristenindustrie is in veel landen een groeiende bron van inkomsten, werkgelegenheid en welvaart. De snelle expansie heeft echter nadelige gevolgen gehad voor het milieu en de sociaal-culturele situatie in veel toeristische gebieden. Verantwoord toerisme is zowel wereldwijd als lokaal een ontwikkelingsdoelstelling geworden. De ecologische duurzaamheid van duurzame ontwikkeling is goed ge\u00efdentificeerd en er wordt rekening mee gehouden in de toeristische sector, maar sociaal-culturele duurzaamheid heeft tot nu toe minder aandacht gekregen. Vanuit sociaal-cultureel perspectief kun je je afvragen wat lokale gemeenschappen kunnen bijdragen aan duurzaam toerisme, en wat duurzaamheid deze lokale gemeenschappen kan bieden? Sociaal-cultureel duurzaam toerisme omvat onder andere: toegankelijkheid, waaronder fysieke toegankelijkheid, rassen, kleuren, seksuele identiteiten, gelijkheid; culturele trots en begrip tussen verschillende culturen, bijvoorbeeld gewoonten, gastronomie, bescherming van natuurlijk en cultureel erfgoed. Het beroepsleven heeft behoefte aan personeel dat in staat is om alle diensten op een sociaal-cultureel duurzame manier uit te voeren en beroepsopleidingen moeten in staat zijn om competent personeel voor de bedrijven op te leiden en te trainen.<\/p>\n<p>MBO opleidingen moeten een kader hebben voor studie-eenheden met lesmateriaal om sociaal-cultureel te onderwijzen en te trainen. Duurzaam toerisme en de bedrijven uit de toeristische sector hebben behoefte aan informatie en hulpmiddelen om toerisme en reisdiensten op een sociaal-cultureel duurzame manier uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p>De vraag naar het project is gestegen vanuit het beroepsleven en de deelnemende MBO opleidingen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>USiTaT \u00e8 un progetto di partenariato nel campo dell&#8217;industria del turismo, della protezione della natura e dell&#8217;ambiente e dei servizi alberghieri e di ristorazione. L&#8217;evoluzione del turismo a livello sociale ha cambiato la consapevolezza dei consumatori riguardo al turismo sostenibile: oggi considerano questi valori molto importanti. L&#8217;industria del turismo \u00e8 una crescente fonte di reddito, occupazione e benessere in molti paesi. La sua rapida espansione, tuttavia, ha avuto impatti ambientali e socio-culturali dannosi in molte regioni turistiche. Il turismo responsabile \u00e8 diventato un obiettivo di sviluppo sia a livello globale che locale. La sostenibilit\u00e0 ecologica dello sviluppo sostenibile \u00e8 stata ben identificata e presa in considerazione nel settore del turismo, ma la sostenibilit\u00e0 socio-culturale ha ricevuto meno attenzione. In una prospettiva socioculturale ci si pu\u00f2 chiedere quale sia il contributo delle comunit\u00e0 locali al turismo sostenibile e cosa possa offrire in cambio la sostenibilit\u00e0 a queste comunit\u00e0 locali? Il turismo sostenibile dal punto di vista socio-culturale include, tra l&#8217;altro: l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e0, compresa l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e0 fisica e l&#8217;inclusivit\u00e0 e uguaglianza a prescindere dalla razza, dal colore della pelle, dall&#8217;identit\u00e0 sessuale; l\u2019orgoglio culturale e la comprensione tra culture diverse, ad esempio le abitudini, la gastronomia, la protezione del patrimonio naturale e culturale. Il mondo del lavoro ha bisogno di personale in grado di svolgere tutti i servizi secondo modalit\u00e0 socio-culturalmente sostenibili e le organizzazioni di formazione professionale devono essere in grado di istruire e formare personale competente per le aziende.<\/p>\n<p>Le organizzazioni di formazione professionale devono avere un quadro di riferimento per un\u2019unit\u00e0 didattica con materiali di apprendimento per insegnare e formare sul turismo socio-culturalmente sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p>Le aziende del settore turistico hanno bisogno di informazioni e strumenti per fare turismo e servizi di viaggio in modo socio-culturalmente sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p>La richiesta per il progetto \u00e8 nata dal mondo del lavoro e dai college \/ CFP partecipanti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_6,1_6,1_6,1_6,1_6,1_6&#8243;
