This section of the Digital Guidebook “Social-Cultural Sustainability in Travel and Tourism” for professionals (companies and organizations in the tourism sector) is dedicated to gastronomic heritage.
You will find in this section: 

•   an introduction to the topic of gastronomic heritage;
•   a brief presentation of the most significant aspects of gastronomic heritage in Finland, Italy (with a focus on Veneto and Liguria), Malta, the Netherlands, and gastronomic heritage-related tourism;

·   case studies/best practices for each of the above countries on the enhancement of gastronomic heritage in tourism.
